Venixes is a B2B lead generation and software development company. This policy explains what happens to information you share with us through this website, by email, or in the course of working together.

Information we collect
We only collect what we need in order to reply to you and deliver the work you've asked for.
- Contact details you submit through our forms: name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message.
- Business information you share with us during a project, such as your target market, customer lists or product documentation.
- Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as device type and pages visited, if analytics is enabled on this site.
How we use it
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a contact form.
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare proposals, scope work and deliver the services you engage us for.
- To send you project updates and reporting during an active engagement.
- To meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
Data from lead generation campaigns
When running outreach on a client's behalf, we process business contact information about prospects — typically name, job title, company and business email address, sourced from public or licensed business data providers.
This data is processed under our client's instructions, held only for as long as the campaign requires, and removed on request. Every campaign includes a working unsubscribe path.
How long we keep information
Enquiries that don't turn into work are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Project records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
To exercise any of these, email hello@venixes.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information, where we're not required to keep it.
- Object to a particular use, or withdraw consent you previously gave.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable infrastructure providers to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the obligation seriously and will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date shown alongside it. Material changes affecting active clients will also be communicated directly.
