About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Venixes website. Where we work together on a project, the signed proposal or statement of work takes precedence over anything written here.

Using this website

• You may use this site for legitimate business purposes.
• You may not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or scrape it at a volume that affects availability for others.
• Content, design and code on this site belong to Venixes unless stated otherwise.

Quotes and proposals

Anything on this website is an indication of what we offer, not a binding quote. Pricing, scope and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal after a discovery conversation.

Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.

Services and deliverables

Each engagement is defined by its own scope document covering deliverables, milestones, responsibilities and price.

Lead generation results depend on factors outside our control — market conditions, your offer, deal size and how quickly your team follows up. We commit to the agreed activity, methodology and reporting, and we will not guarantee a specific number of closed deals.

Your responsibilities

• Provide the information, access and approvals we need, within a reasonable time.
• Ensure you have the right to share any data, content or credentials you give us.
• Follow up on booked meetings — we can fill a calendar, but we can't attend the call for you.

Payment

Fees, schedule and payment method are set out in the proposal. Invoices are due within the period stated on them. We may pause work on materially overdue accounts after giving notice.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables produced specifically for you — including source code, designs and the prospect data we build for your campaigns.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and internal methodology, and may reuse general knowledge and skills gained.

Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This survives the end of the project.

Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement with the notice period stated in the proposal. Work completed and costs committed up to the end of the notice period remain payable.

Liability

We take our work seriously, but to the extent permitted by law our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the signed proposal states otherwise.
